Carrie Casey was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia. She is the youngest of five children. Carrie studied Industrial Forestry at Virginia Tech and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Wildlife in 1978. After college, she moved to Rome, Georgia where she was employed as a Forester by Inland Container for 15 years. A family illness lead her to start studying herbs and in 1994, she opened Cherokee Herb Shop. She has studied many healing modalities including Reflexology, Reiki, Essential Oils, Herbs, Emotional Healing, Iridology, Kinesiology and Massage. She is an ordained minister and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Carrie also teaches Hand and Foot Reflexology, Reiki I, II, and III, and Raindrop Technique.
We are located in Rome, Georgia, right off Shorter Avenue behind Ryan's Steak House.
